We at Fall Guy Podcast respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your info when you visit fallguypodcast.com, listen to episodes, or sign up for anything we offer—like newsletters, giveaways, or fan clubs. By using our site, you agree to this policy.

1. What We Collect

We only grab what we need:

• Basic stuff – Like your name, email, or IP address if you subscribe, comment, or enter a contest.
• Cookies & tracking – We use Google Analytics and similar tools to see how folks browse (e.g., which episodes get the most love). You can turn this off in your browser.
• Podcast platforms – If you rate/review on Spotify, Apple, etc., we might see your username or public feedback—that's not from us, though.

We don’t ask for payment info, Social Security numbers, or anything creepy. No selling your data. Ever.

        2. How We Use It

• To send you episode alerts, behind-the-scenes goodies, or contest updates (only if you opt in).
• To improve the show—figuring out if people skip the ads or binge the whole thing.
• To keep spam bots out of the comments.

If we ever run ads or sponsorships, we might share aggregated (not personal) stats—like "10,000 listeners this month"—but nothing tied to you.

Just us—me, Matt, and maybe our producer. We don’t share your email with marketers. Ever. If we use a third-party service (like Mailchimp for newsletters), they’re bound by strict rules too.

• Unsubscribe anytime—no hard feelings.
• Ask us to delete your data—just email hello@fallguypodcast.com.
• Want to see what we have? Same email.

We’ll respond within 30 days. (We’re small, so it’ll probably be faster.)

         5. Security

We use SSL encryption on the site—your info stays safe while it travels. But no system’s perfect. If something wild happens (like a breach), we’ll tell you ASAP.

         6. Kids

This site isn’t for anyone under 13. If you’re a parent and think we got your kid’s info, hit us up—we’ll zap it.
