Welcome to the Fall Guy Podcast! By visiting theFallGuyPodcast.com, listening to our episodes, or using anything we offer—like comments, sign-ups, or downloads—you agree to these terms. If you don’t like 'em, don’t use the site. Simple as that.

1. Who We Are We’re just a couple of racing fans (Matt Jaskol and Vegas Young) putting out a podcast about stunts, stories, and everything in between. This isn’t a big corporation—just us having fun.

         2. Your Use of the Site

• You can listen, share links, comment—go wild. Just don’t:
  • Spam, harass, or post junk.
  • Steal our audio, artwork, or words without asking.
  • Try to hack us or break anything. We can boot you (or delete your comments) if you act shady.

         3. Content Ownership All episodes, logos, graphics, and scripts are ours—copyrighted by Fall Guy Podcast. Feel free to share clips on social with credit (like "From Fall Guy Podcast @fallguypodcast"), but no ripping off full shows or selling 'em.

         4. User-Generated Stuff If you comment, submit a story, or enter a giveaway:

• You give us permission to use it (non-exclusive, royalty-free).
• We don’t own what you say—just the right to show it.
• Don’t post anything illegal, gross, or mean—we’ll zap it.

         5. Likes & Third Parties We might link to sponsors, other podcasts, or merch sites. Those aren’t ours—if they go wonky or scam you, talk to them, not us.

         6. No Guarantees We try hard to keep things running smooth, but:

• Episodes might be late.

• Winners get what we say—no swaps.
• We pick 'em fairly.
